Product arrived on time, good quality coat, warm and cosy, the size is generous, I ordered Large ( I'm normally size 14 ) but wished now that it went for Medium as there is plenty of room left inside. Good coat for cold mornings, unfortunately has't got much style or shape, the hood is a funny shape also

I am so disappointed because for ages I have wanted a North Face coat and I finally had the money to buy my first. I am now a bit heartbroken. This coat is warm and light but there is a big BUT. I wore it for the first time in the wind and rain last week. Whilst it kept me warm and dry, when I tried to zip up the coat under my chin it was really uncomfortable. The design causes it to be cut too far under the chin in order to tuck your chin down inside it, but the material and zipper make it incredibly uncomfortable poking up under the chin. It digs in and made my skin sore. The only option was to open the zipper down to chest level - rather defeating the point of buying a Arctic parka jacket with a built in hood. Unless you have an incredibly long neck or a small chin I wouldn't recommend this coat for arctic conditions.

Absolutely comfortable... Incredibly warm... Unbelievably light for its size... was the best choice ever to prepare my trip to really cold regions... I strongly recommend it..!
