I opened the kit which is sealed with reusable tape (which has several uses).The content was all accounted for, in good condition and of good quality and it comes with a manual.A tiny box with all the necessary items to survive if confronted with such a situation.

Its a great starter kit. Like all these, only as good as you know how to use them.I have a great knife but there is one in there if needed (get a proper one if you rely on it)I also think you could take out a few bits, e.g. Sewing kit, etc and put in more suitable stuff for you...I would recommend this kit to people.
