arrived promptly, well packaged and no damage.very easy to assemble with straight forward instructions.fitted to the van easily and seems secure, not tried it with bikes on yet but expect it to do the job.very pleased with it so far.Update.tried it today and pleased to say carried 2 adult bikes with no problem (not that I expected any) easy to use and very secure and stable on the dual carriage way.Money well spent.
