The kit is everything you will ever need as a first aider. Pockets inside are clearly labelled so it is very easy to find what you need, enabling you to respond to a situation more efficiently and quickly, hence the quick find system. The bag holds surprisingly for me a lot of items, as the bag seemed quite small when i first saw it, i couldn't believe that it had everything fit into it, and yet it did and could fit a few more items in (i added some more medicines that i thought could be useful (cetirizine hydrochloride, antibiotic cream and aspirin) and i do believe that i can fit a bit more in. The bag itself is small enough to fit in a standard rucksack quite easily. All in all its small compact size, its shear number of items inside and its very good usability makes this worth the money which to be honest i was hesitant in parting with for this. If you have the money to spend on it, i would highly recommend this kit.Note: I would also recommend you learn what everything is and how to use it when you first et it as there are alot of things in there. Hope this helps!!!!

Haven't had chance yet to use this fully, but on inspection is seems very well put together. Tough outer material, a pretty decent range of supplies, overall a good buy for the price. Why cheap out of something as important as your health?
