This is an excellent piece of work. As anyone interested in knives probably knows, England has very strict knife laws. Locking blades are illegal for every day carry as is anything over 3 inches. I addition, I work in a school where the incredibly badly written Criminal Justice Act (1996, I think) prohibits ALL knives. I say babdly written as it just says "knives" No allowance is made for craft knives is art, scalpels in biology or for that matter dinner knives in the canteen!As a science-teacher, a multi-tool is very useful but the rules discussed above mean that most multi-tools are illegal. The only one I know of in fact is the knifeless fuse. This is rather smaller than other, similar models and rattles about inside the standard cases. This case is just the right size and is well made from very tough seeming leather losing one starThe only small problem is a slight lip near inside bottom. The fuse or knife-less fit closely enough that it can sometimes catch on this lip preventing the tool from going all the way into the case. The case will then not close properly although this is not obvious until you try to actually do so; frustrating.However, to sum up, this is essentially an excellent product with a tiny manufacturing glitch.
