The thoughtfully designed party grill combines a deep fryer, an infrared grill, and a griddle for exceptional versatility. A Centrally located deep fryer, which heats oil to an optimal 360 degrees F, to make French fries, onion rings, and other favorite fried foods. Plus, its integrated warming plate neatly drains oil back to the oil reservoir. In addition to deep frying, the central cooking space can be used as a sauce pan or a wok--great for stir-frying, boiling, steaming, or fondue.
Three additional sections surround the deep fryer. The dedicated grill section features a Hellfire ceramic infrared burner that delivers over 650 degrees F of penetrating, infrared heat, which cooks faster while keeping food moist and delicious. Use the grill section for anything from hamburgers to sausages, steak, chicken, and more. The integrated griddle section--with its double porcelain-enamel surface--works well for making grilled onions, bacon, eggs and toasted buns. Negative points first. The bbq is a sod to get gas for in this country as the gas inlet is not quite the same size and any gas lines i could find in my local shops. Furthermore i think just as a general point that your first gas canister will cost you about £80.The legs don't fold very well and the hinges that hold them in place are easily damaged.Despite the fact that it says in several places on its internet adverts that the product is perfect for deep fat frying there is no mention of being able to do it on the box. The box proposes using the central reservoir for stir frying or soup.Positive points. The griddle is amazing. You could literally cook a horse on it in 4.2 seconds. Despite the box not saying you could deep fry in the central reservoir, i did anyway... it was amazing. Griddle was adequate but it slops towards the middle a little bit making my omelette thicker on one side than the other. The hot plate is very useful. The gas consumption is quite low. The whole thing is very well designed. Pretty easy to clean. The griddle is amazing. I'm aware i've said that twice, but seriously, the griddle is amazing.All in all a very good purchase and at a decent price. I would recommend to all those who feel like experimenting in the ways they do cook-outs.
